KAESER compressed air filters
Economical and environmentally friendly compressed air filtration with a KAESER compressed air filter
KAESER FILTER: Efficient and service-friendly compressed air filtration according to ISO 8573-1
KAESER FILTERS are indispensable components for providing compressed air in all cleanliness classes in accordance with ISO 8573-1. With minimal differential pressure, they offer efficient filtration and high reliability. The service-friendly design enables simple and error-free opening and closing of the filter housing as well as quick and clean element replacement.
Standard-compliant filtration with certified performance
KAESER FILTER uses modern, deep-pleated filter media to remove particles and aerosols, while high-performance carbon fleece effectively retains oil vapors. Thanks to innovative flow control, these filters achieve high filtration efficiency with low pressure loss. The performance of KAESER FILTER was determined in accordance with ISO 12500 and certified by Lloyd's Register.
Six different filter grades are available for different requirements:
- KB - Basic coalescence filter: Ideal for separating solid particles and liquid aerosols, with a residual oil content of less than 0.01 mg/m³ and a low initial pressure drop of less than 140 mbar.
- KE - Coalescence filter Extra: Like KB, but with increased filtration efficiency for particularly high compressed air quality requirements.
- KD - Dust filter Dust: Specially developed for pure particle filtration, with very low differential pressure and without oil separation - ideal for dry applications.
- KA - Activated carbon filter adsorption: Reliably removes oil vapors and odors through adsorption, with an extremely low residual oil content of just 0.003 mg/m³.
Service-friendly and safe
The filters are housed in corrosion-resistant aluminum casings and have stable filter elements. The bayonet lock ensures automatic positioning of the seals and prevents the casing from being opened under pressure. A locking screw provides additional security and controlled venting of the casing.
Economical and environmentally friendly
Thanks to generously dimensioned housings and filter surfaces, combined with innovative flow guidance, KAESER FILTERS achieve up to 50% lower pressure loss compared to conventional filters on the market. This low pressure loss remains constant over the entire service life of the filter element, which reduces the load on the compressors and enables significant cost and CO₂ savings.
