KAESER KC cyclone separator - Efficient treatment of condensate

KAESER KC cyclone separators were developed to effectively remove condensate from the compressed air outlet of the compressor. They guarantee trouble-free and energy-efficient operation of downstream compressed air dryers and filters. The simple integration with KAESER compressed air filters and the optional wall brackets make installation considerably easier.

Main features of the KAESER KC cyclone separator:

  • Capture rate: Up to 99 % for volume flows between 0.9 and 14.2 m³/min
  • Operating pressure: Suitable for pressures up to 16 bar
  • Condensate drain: Including reliable ECO-DRAIN 31
  • Wall mount: Optionally available

High efficiency and easy handling

KAESER cyclone separators are optimized to provide outstanding efficiency. Using state-of-the-art flow simulation, they achieve a separation efficiency of up to 99 % with a minimum pressure loss of less than 0.1 bar. As effective water separators, they make a decisive contribution to keeping compressed air systems dry and reliable.

Another advantage of KAESER KC cyclone separators is that they are maintenance-free. The integrated ECO-DRAIN condensate drain is equipped with a service unit that makes maintenance effortless.

Customized solutions for special requirements

For special requirements, models with a higher volume flow, silicone-free versions and water separators for operating pressures of up to 45 bar are available on request. KAESER KC cyclone separators ensure that your compressed air systems operate efficiently and reliably.
