Powerful prefiltration for maximum process reliability
The Donaldson Filter element V0600 is a highly efficient depth filter element for the reliable separation of oil and water aerosols as well as solid particles from compressed air and gases. Thanks to its innovative, wound depth filter medium, it offers outstanding dirt holding capacity with minimal differential pressure. In the silicone-free standard version with Viton seals, it is the ideal choice for process-critical applications in the automotive industry and painting technology.
Performance data & filtration properties
- Filtration type: Coalescence and particle filters for industrial use.
- Nominal flow rate: 600 m³/h (10 m³/min) at an operating pressure of 7 bar.
- Capture efficiency: Achieves a residual oil concentration of < 0.20 mg/m³ (at an inlet concentration of 3 mg/m³).
- Energy efficiency: Extremely low initial differential pressure of just 0.11 bar in dry condition.
- Validated quality: The performance data for achieving the compressed air quality classes in accordance with ISO 8573-1 are tested and confirmed in accordance with ISO 12500-1 and ISO 12500-3.
High-quality structure of the element
- Robust support structure: Inner and outer support shells made of stainless steel (1.4301) reliably protect the filter medium against pressure surges.
- Optimized drainage: A fixed coalescence jacket ensures a permanently stable structure and efficient drainage of separated liquids.
- Material quality: End caps made of glass fiber-reinforced polyamide in combination with stainless steel ensure optimum corrosion protection.
- Temperature range: Safe use at operating temperatures from +1 °C to +65 °C.
