Hose connectors are essential components in systems in which hoses are used to supply and discharge media. They not only ensure a secure connection, but also facilitate maintenance work and system inspections. Various shapes of hose connection parts

The selection of hose connectors varies depending on the system type and size. FILCOM offers you a wide range of connectors so that you can optimally plan and implement your systems.

The most common variants are straight connectors, which have a straight shape and make it possible to connect two hose ends together. Angled hose connectors are available for applications where hoses need to be connected at an angle. These connectors prevent the hoses from kinking and save space at the same time.

We also offer T-shaped hose connection pieces that offer three connection options. The straight piece in the middle allows a further branch. Y hose connectors are ideal when one hose end needs to be connected to two other hoses, while cross hose connectors connect four hoses crosswise.

The range is supplemented by various screw-in connectors, which are also available in straight, T-shaped or right-angled versions. PA 6 blanking plugs round off our wide and user-friendly range of connecting parts and spigots.

Material selection for hose connectors

In the FILCOM range, you can choose between different materials such as PA 6, POM, brass, nickel-plated brass or combinations of brass and POM. In such combinations, the plastic is often used in the middle to reinforce the brass connections, which increases the robustness and durability of the hose connection parts.

Please note that the shapes of the hose connectors may differ depending on the material. Brass and POM hose connectors are also available in a V-shape. The central bend, from which the two connecting elements are angled, is additionally protected by the plastic and thus ensures greater stability. Brass and nickel-plated brass connectors are available in the shapes already mentioned, including double hose nozzles.

Many of our hose connectors are also available in a reduced version. These reducing connectors are characterized by the fact that one side has a smaller diameter than the others. This allows you to produce hose connections with different diameters with a precise fit without any loss of medium.
