High-temperature coalescing filter for oil separation HTNX - UltraPleat® with Nomex® up to 180 °C
The Donaldson Filter element MF 04/20 HTNX is a high-performance high-temperature compressed air filter and coalescence filter for oil separation with UltraPleat® technology for operating temperatures up to 180 °C. This Donaldson filter element offers a residual oil content of ≤0.06 mg/m³ and a temperature-resistant Nomex® drainage layer. Highly efficient compressed air treatment even at extreme temperatures.

- Temperature resistance: Can be used up to 180 °C thanks to Nomex® fabric.
- Oil separation: Oil separation efficiency 99.4 %. Residual oil content ≤0.06 mg/m³.
- Particle separation: 99.99998 % at 0.01 µm.
- Validated quality: Tested according to ISO 12500-1 and ISO 12500-3.

- Nomex® drainage layer: Temperature-resistant high-performance fabric for high-temperature use.
- Support structure: Stainless steel support shells (1.4301/304) against pressure surges.
- End caps: Aluminum - robust and corrosion-resistant.
- Sealing: NBR O-rings for a leak-free fit in the filter housing.
