KAESER reciprocating compressors cover a wide performance spectrum - from compact mobile construction site units to powerful industrial systems for continuous operation. The range comprises three areas: Mobile compressors from the PREMIUM, CLASSIC and i.Comp 3 series for flexible use on site, stationary workshop compressors from the EPC EUROCOMP and i.Comp 8/9 series for daily operation in vehicle workshops and workshops, and industrial compressors from the KCCD/KCD and KCT/KCTD series for continuous operation in production and manufacturing. Whether oil-lubricated or oil-free, with flow rates from 59 to 1,000 l/min and operating pressures from max. 7 to 25 bar, you will find the right model for you. Mobile compressors - for trade and construction site
KAESER mobile piston compressors are designed for flexible on-site use. The PREMIUM Series offers the widest range with 47 models: volume flows from 83 to 440 l/min, operating pressures from max. 10 to 25 bar and variants such as PREMIUM CAR (vehicle workshop) and PREMIUM COMPACT (space-saving high-pressure compressor). The CLASSIC Series comprises 15 robust models for daily use by tradesmen with 109 to 234 l/min at max. 10 bar. The i.Comp 3 is the compact, oil-free and speed-controlled entry-level compressor with 160 l/min at max. 11 bar - ideal for noise-sensitive environments and clean compressed air.
Stationary workshop compressors - for car workshops and garages
For permanent use in the workshop and factory, the EPC EUROCOMP Compressors and the oil-free i.Comp 8/9 are available. With 71 models and flow rates from 195 to 1,000 l/min at max. 10 or 15 bar, the EPC series offers a comprehensive range of oil-lubricated piston compressors - as single units, twin units or power packs, with optional refrigerant dryer and sound insulation hood. The i.Comp 8 and i.Comp 9 deliver 404 to 570 l/min of oil-free compressed air at max. 11 bar and, thanks to speed control, adjust the volume flow continuously to requirements.
Industrial compressors - for production and manufacturing
KAESER offers two product lines for continuous industrial operation: The oil-lubricated KCCD/KCD dual systems with volume flows of 2x 80 to 2x 590 l/min at max. 10 bar and the oil-free KCT/KCTD compressors from 59 to 920 l/min at max. 7 or 10 bar. The dual system principle ensures a redundant compressed air supply. The KCT series is available as a single system, unit on base plate or double system. Good to know: For technically oil-free compressed air in accordance with ISO 8573-1, an additional downstream Compressed air treatment required.
KAESER quality made in Germany
All KAESER reciprocating compressors are manufactured at the factory in Coburg. Robust compressor blocks made of special grey cast iron, precision-manufactured valves and high-quality drive components guarantee a long service life. The SIGMA CONTROL system enables precise monitoring of all operating parameters. Each system undergoes an extensive test run under realistic operating conditions before delivery - from the compact CLASSIC to the industrial KCD 840.
