Jaw couplings for compressed air from RIEGLER - the symmetrical coupling made of malleable iron, galvanized and yellow passivated with safety double cams for up to 10 bar operating pressure. FILCOM offers you RIEGLER claw couplings as proven compressor couplings in accordance with DIN 3489 for compressed air supply in construction and industry. All coupling halves have an identical design - the symmetrical coupling prevents mix-ups and simplifies stock-keeping. Also known internationally as the Chicago claw coupling, this universal compressed air coupling is standard on construction sites and in industry. The malleable iron housing is galvanized and yellow passivated, free of chrome VI, 100 % tested and designed with an NBR seal for operating temperatures from -40 °C to 95 °C.

Connection types & variants

The claw coupling hose variants offer hose connection in LW 10 (3/8) to LW 32 (1 1/4), optionally fixed, rotatable or with safety collar. Threaded claw couplings are available with male and female threads in G 3/8 to G 1, each also with a brass seal for special requirements. The safety claw coupling achieves an operating pressure of up to 16 bar and is available with a safety collar as a non-slip claw coupling safety solution.

FILCOM also supplies the matching blind coupling as a sealing cap for unused connections, the plug valve as a shut-off valve with lever stop and venting as well as the double plug valve with two coupling outlets.
