The Particle Monitoring Kit equips the KNOLL 3in1 Befüll-/Nebenstrom-Filteraggregat (Item 17-0002671) to monitor oil cleanliness. The unit is delivered as a fully pre-assembled valve assembly with a particle counter from MP Filtri. The assembly weighs 1.6 kg. For those who wish to monitor oil purity from the start, the unit is also available as Complete unit with factory-integrated particle monitoring (Item 17-0002590). Ölreinheit bewerten statt schätzen
Verunreinigtes Öl zählt zu den häufigsten Ursachen für Ausfälle in Hydrauliksystemen. Eine objektive Messung der Reinheitsklasse macht sichtbar, ob die Filtration ausreicht und wann ein Ölwechsel tatsächlich erforderlich ist. Das Gerät ermittelt die Reinheitsklasse nach ISO 4406, AS 4059E und NAS 1638. Für die Industriehydraulik wird üblicherweise 17/15/12 angestrebt, für Servohydraulik 15/13/10. Die prozentuale Wassergehaltsanzeige weist zusätzlich auf eindringende Feuchtigkeit hin, bevor Korrosion und Additivabbau einsetzen.
