Dew point measurement
FA Series stationary and portable dew point sensors for monitoring refrigeration, adsorption, and membrane dryers. Measurement range down to -80 °Ctd, IP 65 protection rating. Complemented by measurement chambers and diffusion-tight tubing for reliable dew point monitoring in compressed air systems.
Consumption / flow measurement
VA Series thermal flow sensors – available as a plug-in model (VA 500) for existing pipes or as an inline model (VA 520/525/570) with an integrated measuring section. DVGW-certified, DN 8 to DN 2000. For precise consumption measurement in compressed air and gas systems.
Leak detection
LD Series ultrasonic leak detectors and the LeakCam 600 leak camera with 64 MEMS microphones. Detect compressed air leaks from up to 20 meters away and calculate the annual cost in euros. 20–40% of compressed air is often lost due to leaks—with CS Instruments, you can find every single one.
Pressure sensors
Standard and precision pressure transducers, as well as the PTS 500 combination sensor (pressure + temperature). Measurement ranges up to 400 bar, accuracy up to ±0.5%. A pressure reduction of just 1 bar saves up to 8% in electricity—precise pressure monitoring pays off immediately.
Compressed air quality
The OIL CHECK 500 monitors residual oil content (0.001–5 mg/m³) using patented auto-calibration. The laser PC 400 particle counter verifies compressed air Class 1 compliance with ISO 8573-1. Suitable for stationary or mobile use in quality assurance within sensitive production areas.
Paperless recorder
The DS 400 (compact, 3.5-inch touchscreen) and the DS 500 (up to 12 inputs, 7-inch touchscreen, web server) centrally monitor flow, dew point, pressure, and temperature. Available in a stationary version or a portable case for compressed air audits. Data loggers with storage for up to 100 million data points.
