UltraPleat® coalescence filter for oil separation - Highly efficient compressed air filtration
The Donaldson Filter element MF 03/10 ultrapleat is a high-performance coalescence filter for oil separation in compressed air with innovative UltraPleat® technology. This Donaldson filter element achieves an oil separation efficiency of 99.4% and a residual oil content ≤0.06 mg/m³. The pleated 3D microfiber fleece made of borosilicate glass fibres offers maximum filter surface area with minimum pressure loss - efficient compressed air treatment in accordance with ISO 8573-1.

- Particle separation: 99.99998 % at 0.01 µm - highest compressed air quality.
- Energy efficiency: Pleated filter surface for minimal pressure loss and lower energy costs.

- UltraPleat® filter medium: Pleated 3D microfiber fleece made of borosilicate glass fibers - maximum filter surface.
- Coalescent sheath: Fixed polyester fleece for permanently stable structure and fluid drainage.
- Support structure: Stainless steel support shells (1.4301/304) to protect against pressure surges.
- End caps: Aluminum - robust and corrosion-resistant for a long service life.
- Sealing: NBR O-rings (silicone and release agent-free) for a leak-free fit.
