High-temperature coalescing filter for oil separation HTCR - UltraPleat® with stainless steel
The Donaldson Filter element MF 03/05 HTCR is a specialized high-temperature compressed air filter and coalescing filter for oil separation with UltraPleat® technology and maximum corrosion resistance. This Donaldson filter element offers a residual oil content of ≤0.06 mg/m³ and stainless steel end caps for use in aggressive environments. Efficient compressed air treatment in accordance with ISO 8573-1.

- Oil separation: Oil separation efficiency 99.4 %. Residual oil content ≤0.06 mg/m³ (at 10 mg/m³ inlet).
- Particle separation: 99.99998 % at 0.01 µm - highest compressed air quality.
- Corrosion resistance: Stainless steel end caps for aggressive environments.
- Validated quality: Tested according to ISO 12500-1 and ISO 12500-3.

- UltraPleat® filter medium: Pleated 3D microfiber fleece made of borosilicate glass fibers for maximum oil separation.
- Stainless steel end caps: Maximum corrosion resistance with aggressive condensates.
- Coalescent sheath: Fixed polyester fleece for optimum fluid drainage.
- Support structure: Stainless steel support shells (1.4301/304) to protect against pressure surges.
- Sealing: NBR O-rings for a leak-free fit in the filter housing.

- Suitable for: This Donaldson filter element is designed as a replacement filter for Donaldson compressed air filter housings of the AG/SG/HD series (size 03/05). Precisely fitting filter cartridge for easy replacement.
