The Donaldson Filter element FF 05/20 HTNX is a high-performance high temperature compressed air filter and coalescing filter for oil separation with UltraPleat® technology for operating temperatures up to 180 °C. This Donaldson filter element uses a temperature-resistant Nomex® drainage layer and is ideal for oil separation under extreme thermal loads - highly efficient compressed air treatment in accordance with ISO 8573-1 even at the highest temperatures.

- Filtration type: High temperature coalescing filter for oil separation (HTNX) with UltraPleat® technology and Nomex® drainage layer.
- Nominal flow rate: 180 m³/h at 7 bar operating pressure.
- Temperature resistance: Compressed air filter can be used up to 180 °C thanks to temperature-resistant Nomex® fabric.
- Oil separation: 99 % oil separation efficiency (8 bar absolute, 10 mg/m³). Residual oil content ≤ 0.03 mg/m³ - oil-free compressed air at high temperature.
- Energy efficiency: Pleated filter element with minimal pressure loss and reduced energy costs.
- Validated quality: Tested in accordance with ISO 12500-1 and ISO 12500-3 - reliable compressed air quality in accordance with ISO 8573-1.
