AIRpipe is a modular compressed air piping system made of 6063-T5 aluminum for operating pressures up to 15 bar and vacuum up to 1 mbar. The complete system includes rigid aluminum pipes, connection fittings, flexible stainless steel hoses, ball valves, quick drop tapping points and assembly tools - all in nominal sizes DN20 to DN100.

Why AIRpipe? Aluminum instead of steel for modern compressed air piping
AIRpipe is an innovative compressed air piping system made from aluminum alloy 6063-T5. Compared to conventional galvanized steel pipes, the system offers decisive advantages: up to 65% less weight, complete corrosion resistance inside and out, minimal flow losses thanks to the smooth inner surface and tool-free installation using clamping ring or clamp connection technology. The system is certified in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU and ISO 8573-1.
Six product categories for your complete compressed air network
The AIRpipe range at FILCOM is divided into six coordinated product categories: Rigid aluminum tubes form the backbone of every compressed air installation and are available in nominal sizes DN20 to DN100 in blue and gray. Connection ports such as elbows, T-pieces, reducers and adapters enable every conceivable cable configuration. Flexible stainless steel hoses are used for machine connection and vibration decoupling.
Blocking, removal and installation - all from a single source
Ball valves and shut-off valves ensure the safe shut-off of individual cable sections - also in a lockable version for lockout/tagout. Quick drop flanges and wall connections allow compressed air to be tapped directly at the pipe, without a separate branch. The suitable Mounting tools and mounting accessories rounds off the range: pipe cutters, fastening clips and clamps for standard-compliant installation.
