The KAESER KCCD and KCD series are oil-lubricated industrial reciprocating compressors as twin systems - two compressor units on a common air receiver, compact and space-saving. The dual system principle ensures a reliable compressed air supply: Operation remains uninterrupted even when one unit is being serviced. The direct-coupled drive operates at just 1,500 rpm - this means a long service life, low maintenance costs and maximum reliability. All models are optionally available with a sound-insulating hood and 2-way selector switch for automatic alternating operation. The oil-lubricated dual systems deliver effective volume flows of 2x 80 to 2x 590 l/min at 6 bar with a maximum overpressure of 10 bar. Depending on the model, tank sizes of 90 or 350 liters are available:

Equipment variants: soundproofing hood and selector switch
Each basic model is available in up to four versions. The basic version offers two independent units with separate pressure switches for unloaded start-up. With the optional 2-way selector switch, the units run automatically in alternating operation - this distributes wear evenly and ensures maximum availability. The silencing hood reduces the sound pressure level by up to 13 dB(A) and enables use directly in the production hall. Both options are also available in combination.

KAESER quality made in Germany
All KCCD and KCD piston compressors are manufactured at the KAESER plant in Coburg. Corrosion-free stainless steel valves with heat-dissipating stroke limitation, high-quality cylinders with specially machined surfaces and the direct-coupled drive with only 1,500 rpm ensure maximum service life and low maintenance costs. Every air compressor undergoes an extensive test run under realistic operating conditions before delivery - the system is only released when all components are working perfectly.
