Oil-lubricated dual system - 2x 80 l/min at 6 bar, max. 10 bar, 350 l tank

The KAESER KCCD 130-350 is an oil-lubricated industrial twin system with two 1-cylinder compressor blocks on a shared 350-liter compressed air tank. This industrial compressor delivers 2x 80 l/min effective volume flow at 6 bar and 2x 0.75 kW total rated power at a maximum overpressure of 10 bar. The direct-coupled drive operates at a low speed of just 1,500 rpm - this ensures a long service life and high reliability. The dual system principle offers a safe compressed air supply: operation remains uninterrupted even when one compressor unit is being serviced. This system is optionally available with a soundproofing hood and 2-way selector switch for automatic alternating operation.

The KCCD 130-350 dual system is particularly suitable for industrial applications with high compressed air requirements and demands for an uninterrupted supply - in production plants, production lines, the automotive industry, large workshops and wherever reliability is crucial. The compressed air compressor is immediately ready for operation and designed for continuous industrial operation with a 400 V three-phase connection.

Quality and production

Like all industrial compressors in the KCCD series, the KCCD 130-350 is manufactured at the KAESER plant in Coburg - Made in Germany. Corrosion-free stainless steel valves with heat-dissipating stroke limitation, high-quality cylinders with specially machined surfaces and the direct-coupled drive with only 1,500 rpm ensure maximum service life and low maintenance costs. Every piston compressor undergoes an extensive test run under realistic operating conditions before delivery.
