Filtration Group Industrial (formerly MAHLE Industrial Filtration) supplies filter elements that are specially adapted to the required cleanliness class, the pressure conditions and the nature of the medium. The star-shaped pleated filter media guarantee a high dirt holding capacity and ensure trouble-free, economical operation. The range includes filter elements for pressure filters in the Low-, Medium- and High pressure range, Return flow filter, Suction filter, Double switching filter and Ventilation filter.

PulseShield technology for a longer service life

Filtration Group relies on the patented PulseShield technology for all filter elements. A shrunk-on outer jacket fixes the pleated pleat star close to the inner frame and thus guarantees a consistently high separation efficiency over the entire service life of the filter element. This prevents the pleats from blocking and the separation efficiency remains high even in the event of pressure fluctuations. This also prevents particles that have already been separated from being released from the filter medium again during these pulsations.

Filter elements according to DIN 24550 and standard

Filtration Group offers filter elements in the standard and standardized series according to DIN 24550 for machines and systems of stationary and mobile systems, which cover almost every area of application. Filter elements are also available for aggressive liquids, cooling lubricants and aqueous media. The patented e-protect filter technology prevents electrostatic discharges during the filtration of low-conductivity fluids such as zinc-free, ash-free or synthetic oils, thus protecting the system from damage.
