Cyclone separators are an important component between the compressor and dryer or filter to remove condensate at the outlet of the compressor. With a peak separation efficiency of up to 99% over a capacity range of 20-100% volume, they remain stable and generate a low pressure drop of less than 0.1 bar.
The cyclone separators are equipped with the ECO-DRAIN 31 condensate drain as standard. It is recommended that a downstream Refrigeration dryer and filtration by means of Compressed air filter of the compressed air in order to achieve optimum results. Although it is recommended to add a cyclone separator to every compressor, specially adapted complete sets are available for easy installation. The cyclone separators are equipped with a corrosion-resistant aluminum housing, a maintenance-free swirl insert and the ECO-DRAIN 31 condensate drain to ensure efficient and reliable condensate separation.
