Hydraulic filters are a prerequisite for the functionality of sensitive hydraulic and lubrication systems. Contamination in the hydraulic fluid - solid particles, water or oil ageing products - leads to abrasion, wear and corrosion on pumps, valves and cylinders. Which hydraulic filters are available?

Different filter types are used depending on the installation position and pressure range: Suction​ filter protect the pump from coarse impurities and are installed in the suction line upstream of the pump.Low pressure filter and Medium pressure filter secure the working circuit at operating pressures of up to 60 or 210 bar. High pressure filter are designed for pressure ranges up to 450 bar and are installed directly in the pressure line. Return filter capture all the dirt generated in the system and prevent a high-risk dirt cycle via the tank and pump. Double switching filter enable filters to be changed without interrupting operation - economically in 24/7 operation. Ventilation filter and ventilation dryer protect the tank from the ingress of moisture and particles from the ambient air. Screw-on cartridges are used in lubricating oil filtration and mobile applications.
