3-Stage Filter Elements for Clean Lubricating Oil

The multi-layered pleated star structure consists of chemically and thermally resistant materials and allows for use even with mineral oil-based lubricating oils. Integrated, reliable bypass valves and a robust safety insert further ensure safe operation – even under demanding operating conditions.

The glass fiber material, with its graduated filtration fineness from the outside to the inside, combines the advantages of a depth filter with a large effective filter surface area. This results in a significantly higher dirt-holding capacity without increasing pressure drop. At the same time, the 3-stage filter elements ensure a defined and consistently high separation rate, confirmed by the multipass test according to ISO 16889.
