Planning a compressed air system requires precise alignment with your company's requirements. Our goal is to provide you with an efficient and economical compressed air solution – from analysis to commissioning.
For new installations, conversions of compressed air stations or of individual sections such as downstream air treatment systems, we recommend carrying out a system analysis beforehand. It takes into account all relevant factors affecting the compressed air station.
Measurement and Analysis
First, we record the current state of your compressed air system and capture your requirements. We measure the relevant operating parameters such as pressure profile, free air delivery and dew point.
The measurement method depends on the application and the required compressed air quality. A short-term measurement quickly delivers a current value, while a long-term measurement records several signals in parallel over an extended period. We decide together with you which method to use.
We import the measured values into evaluation software, consolidate them and document them in a report that shows the potential of your compressed air generation. We also record the ambient conditions on site, which are particularly critical for compressed air treatment. Measurement and analysis thus provide the data basis for the subsequent planning.
Consulting, Planning and Design
Based on the measurement and analysis results, we plan the optimization of your compressed air station. We use planning software and draw on the experience of our long-standing employees.
Together with you, we develop a solution concept tailored to the requirements of your operation.
We also advise you on funding programes, financing models and the digital connection of your system to monitoring systems.
Implementation and Commissioning
Our service technicians will be pleased to implement your individual plans.
Our experienced service technicians install your compressed air system and commission it professionally, including piping and smart control and measurement technology.
We coordinate the conversion work on your compressed air supply and ensure continuity of supply – if necessary, with a temporary feed-in.
