• PPT BWS (MESB) / Oil Remover 2000: In this model, multiphase separation as well as a mechanical emulsion and foam breaker are distributed across two pressure vessels. The system delivers efficient oil and water separation under demanding conditions.
• MPEB: The two-stage oil separator combines multiphase separation and mechanical emulsion and foam breakers, each housed in separate pressure vessels. It was specifically developed for bilge water treatment and, thanks to its modular design, is ideally suited for retrofitting.
• MFEB: This high-performance system reduces the residual oil content of the treated water to below 1 ppm. A downstream membrane separates any remaining water-oil emulsions under high pressure. Oil and residues are concentrated and returned to the process.
• MESB: The robust and compact oil-water separator is particularly in demand in industrial applications – such as wash bath treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, industrial parts cleaning, and process water treatment. The MESB is also used in power plants for the treatment of process and surface water. Its single-stage pressure separation ensures high efficiency while maintaining a compact design.
