The flexible hoses from AIRpipe consist of a corrugated stainless steel inner hose with stainless steel braiding and combine robustness with maximum flexibility. They are designed for a working pressure of 15 bar and are ideally suited as a connecting element between the rigid Compressed air piping system and machines or consumers.
Typical areas of application: Vibration decoupling and machine connection
AIRpipe flexible hoses are used wherever rigid piping reaches its limits: for vibration decoupling between compressors and the piping network, as a flexible machine connection, to compensate for thermal expansion and to bridge misalignments during installation. The available bending angles of 30° and 45° allow flexible installation even in confined installation situations.
Nominal diameters DN20 to DN50 and technical specifications
The flexible AIRpipe stainless steel hoses are available in nominal sizes DN20 to DN50 and in various lengths. The maximum working pressure is 15 bar with a temperature resistance of -20 °C to +80 °C. The high-quality stainless steel construction ensures a long service life and low pressure loss.
