The rigid aluminum tubes from AIRpipe form the heart of a modern compressed air piping system. Manufactured from the high-quality aluminum alloy 6063-T5, they combine low weight with high mechanical strength. Compared to galvanized steel pipes, AIRpipe aluminium pipes are up to 65 % lighter and completely corrosion-resistant - both internally and externally. This permanently protects the compressed air quality and minimizes pressure loss in the system.

AIRpipe aluminum pipes are available in nominal sizes DN20 to DN100 and thus cover a wide range of applications. The maximum working pressure is 15 bar, supplemented by a vacuum capability of up to 1 mbar. The pipes are available in blue and grey and can be installed quickly and with few tools thanks to the clamping ring connection system (up to DN50) or clamp system (from DN63). The smooth inner surface ensures minimal flow losses and optimum compressed air quality in accordance with ISO 8573-1 Connection ports can be found in our range.

Thanks to the innovative plug-in connection system, AIRpipe aluminum pipes can be installed without welding, soldering or thread cutting. Assembly requires few tools and saves up to 50% installation time compared to conventional steel pipe systems.
