What distinguishes the i.Comp 3 from other piston compressors?
The KAESER i.Comp 3 is an oil-free reciprocating compressor that enables environmentally friendly compressed air production and eliminates maintenance tasks such as oil level checks or the removal of condensate. With its innovative drive concept, the i.Comp 3 automatically adapts to the current air demand and does not require a compressed air receiver, making it lighter and more mobile than many conventional models, which often rely on compressed air receivers and are therefore heavier and less mobile. In addition, the i.Comp 3 uses an advanced design for air intake via the piston base, which allows for larger valve cross-sections and thus a higher filling degree and lower compression temperatures. The i.Comp Control control system offers another advantage: it is user-friendly and allows digital pressure adjustment via arrow keys, whereas other compressors still require the pressure to be set using a pressure switch.
