The KAESER KCT 1000-2-G is an oil-free compressor unit on base plate on base plate - ideal for integration into existing compressed air networks with an existing tank. This oil-free air compressor delivers 780 l/min effective volume flow at 6 bar and 7.5 kW rated power at a maximum overpressure of 10 bar. The direct-coupled drive operates at a low speed of just 1,500 rpm - this ensures a long service life, low wear and low operating noise. The silencing hood fitted as standard significantly reduces the noise level and enables use even in noise-sensitive environments.

Application areas

The KCT 1000-2-G is particularly suitable for applications where oil-free compressed air is required - in the food and beverage industry, pharmaceuticals, electronics production, dental surgeries and laboratories. As the air is compressed oil-free, there is no need for oil changes and oil checks, and no oil-contaminated condensate is produced that would have to be disposed of separately. The long-lasting Teflon piston rings guarantee permanent oil-free compression.

Quality and production

Like all oil-free industrial compressors in the KCT series, the KCT 1000-2-G is also manufactured at the KAESER plant in Coburg - Made in Germany. The double cooling system with aluminum cylinder heads ensures excellent heat dissipation and a longer service life. The direct-coupled drive with only 1,500 rpm is maintenance-free and works without transmission losses. Every piston compressor undergoes an extensive test run under realistic operating conditions before delivery.
