The KAESER KCD 350-100 is an oil-lubricated industrial twin system with two 1-cylinder compressor blocks on a shared 90-liter compressed air tank. This industrial compressor delivers 2x 195 l/min effective volume flow at 6 bar and 2x 1.7 kW total rated power at a maximum overpressure of 10 bar. The direct-coupled drive operates at a low speed of just 1,500 rpm - this ensures a long service life and high reliability. This version is equipped with a 2-speed selector for automatic alternating operation: The units run alternately, which distributes wear evenly and ensures the compressed air supply when one unit is being serviced. This dual system is also available with an optional soundproofing hood.

The KCD 350-100 dual system is particularly suitable for industrial applications with high compressed air requirements and demands for an uninterrupted supply - in production plants, production lines, the automotive industry, large workshops and wherever reliability is crucial. The compressed air compressor is immediately ready for operation and designed for continuous industrial operation with a 400 V three-phase connection.

Quality and production

Like all industrial compressors in the KCD series, the KCD 350-100 is also manufactured at the KAESER plant in Coburg - Made in Germany. Corrosion-free stainless steel valves with heat-dissipating stroke limitation, high-quality cylinders with specially machined surfaces and the direct-coupled drive with only 1,500 rpm ensure maximum service life and low maintenance costs. Every piston compressor undergoes an extensive test run under realistic operating conditions before delivery.
