The KAESER EPC 550-2-G ist ein stationärer zweistufiger Kolbenkompressor aus der EUROCOMP-Serie, als Aggregat auf Grundgestell ohne Druckluftbehälter konzipiert. Dieser Druckluftkompressor liefert mit seinem 2-Zylinder-Kompressorblock 450 l/min effektiven Volumenstrom bei 12 bar und 4,9 kW Nennleistung bei einem Höchstüberdruck von 15 bar. Die Anlage wird komplett mit dem elektronischen Kondensatableiter KAESER DRAIN geliefert, der anfallende Feuchtigkeit zuverlässig aus dem System abführt.

Application areas

Der EPC 550-2-G eignet sich als zweistufiger Kolbenkompressor besonders für Anwendungen mit erhöhtem Druckbedarf bis 15 bar. In Kfz-Werkstätten, Produktionsbetrieben und Industrieanlagen liefert dieser Druckluftkompressor zuverlässig Druckluft für Schlagschrauber, Sandstrahlen, Lackierarbeiten und pneumatische Antriebe. Der 400-V-Drehstromanschluss gewährleistet einen stabilen Betrieb auch bei hoher Auslastung im Dauereinsatz.

Like all KAESER EUROCOMP piston compressors, the EPC 340-100 is manufactured at the Coburg plant. Corrosion-free stainless steel valves with heat-dissipating stroke limitation, cross-ground cylinders and high-performance fluid as standard ensure a long service life with low maintenance costs - the oil only needs to be changed after approx. 1,000 operating hours.
