The RIEGLER ZRL1F rodless cylinder, Ø 32, stroke 1000, standard, enables long strokes in a compact installation space and precise linear movements. The seals are made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber (NBR). The permissible medium temperature ranges from -10 °C to 80 °C. G 1/4 connection—compatible with common industrial standards. Suitable for filtered compressed air (max. 50 µm). The ZRL1F series is recognizable by its particularly flat piston design and covers piston diameters from 16 to 63 mm with stroke lengths up to 5700 mm. The cylinder is operated with filtered compressed air (50 µm), either lubricated or unlubricated—with lubricated air, ensure continuous lubrication. All variants, including model designations, are listed in the model code in the data sheet; custom versions are available upon request. Each cylinder is custom-manufactured upon receipt of the order and is typically shipped within 5 business days, depending on the quantity. Shipping and packaging costs are calculated on a per-order basis. The compact design saves installation space while delivering full performance.
