The BEKO Upgrade Kit guarantees the future-proofing of your condensate treatment system. If your demand for compressed air increases, your oil-water separator simply grows with it. Instead of investing in a completely new system, this kit allows you to expand your existing QWIK-PURE 30 to a capacity of 60 m³/min.
The special feature of this system is its uncomplicated installation: the extension unit is simply plugged into the side of the existing base. Once the extended capacity has been entered in the control unit, the additional power is immediately available.
Your benefits from upgrading to QWIK-PURE 60:
- Doubling capacity: The upgrade expands the system to a total of four high-performance cartridges. This allows you to handle condensate volumes from compressors with up to 60 m³/min.
- Modular design: The system is designed for maximum growth. From the basic version (15 or 30 m³/min), the system can be gradually expanded to 60 m³/min and even up to 90 m³/min (with the corresponding 6-cartridge package).
- Economy: You continue to use the existing base unit and control unit. This saves procurement costs and minimizes installation work.
- Constant process reliability: Even after the upgrade, the active mode of operation is retained. Compressed air blasts continue to actively guide the condensate through all filter media to prevent blockages.
- Simple configuration: The new capacity is simply stored in the existing control system - the system automatically adjusts the monitoring intervals.
- Certified safety: The extension is based on the proven principle of the QWIK-PURE series, so that compliance with the legal discharge values (DIBt-compliant) is guaranteed.
