BEKO DRYPOINT RAc 0006 – Air-cooled compressed air refrigeration dryer with G 1/2" connection
The BEKO DRYPOINT RAc 0006 is an air-cooled compressed air refrigeration dryer from BEKO Technologies’ DRYPOINT RAc Economy Series. With a flow rate of 36 m³/h at a pressure dew point of +3 °C, an operating pressure of 4 to 16 bar, and a G 1/2" air connection, it is ideal for reciprocating compressors and small compressed air stations. The stable pressure dew point ensures reliably dry compressed air and protects piping systems, tools, and applications from corrosion.
The refrigeration cycle is designed for low energy consumption: With a power consumption of just 0.16 kW, the pressure drop remains low at 0.07 bar. A copper-tube condenser with aluminum fins and a hot-gas bypass valve keep the pressure dew point stable even under partial load. The DMC 36 controller integrates the dryer into Industry 4.0 environments via Modbus RS485 (connection: 230 V / 1-phase). The R513A refrigerant has a low global warming potential (GWP 631) with a charge of 0.11 kg. Operating limits: ambient temperature 1 to 45 °C, compressed air inlet up to +55 °C. Dimensions (A × B × C): 521 × 362 × 480 mm, weight: 24 kg.
The integrated BEKOMAT® condensate drain discharges condensate based on level control and without any loss of compressed air. To protect the dryer, BEKO recommends installing a CLEARPOINT® coarse filter (CX, 25 µm) upstream of the dryer inlet; if oil carryover is high, a fine filter (FX, 1 µm) should also be installed.
