Filtration Group Dust Filter Element 852 903 TI 2011-1.0 V4A FOOD IFIX – conical dust filter element, Ø120 mm × 600 mm, 1 m² filter area

The conical dust filter element is installed in the filter basket on the raw gas side. With an outer diameter of 120 mm and a height of 600 mm, it provides a filter area of 1 m².

A polyester nonwoven fabric with a PTFE membrane serves as the filter medium; it is electrostatically dissipative. Felt (polyester) seals the element, and a stainless steel end cap closes it at the front. Ifix is used to stabilize the pleats.

The mounting type is Rd 72 x 5. According to the data sheet for the 120 NK series, the element is mounted without tools onto a threaded fitting Rd 72×5 (hole in the filter plate Ø80 mm, tightening torque 6 to 12 Nm). Cleaning is recommended using the MJD-12 (G3/8) multijet nozzle at 4 to 6 bar, max. 7 bar; the differential pressure is max. 18 mbar. According to the manufacturer, the FOOD version of the series features stainless steel components and a polyester felt gasket and is food-grade compliant (EC 1935/2004, EU 10/2011, FDA).
