This conical dust filter element is designed for use in dust collection systems; it is installed on the raw gas side. It provides 7.5 m² of filter area with an outer diameter of 337 mm and a height of 601 mm.
The TI 2011 filter medium consists of polyester nonwoven fabric with stainless steel fibers and a PTFE membrane, and dissipates static charge. According to DIN EN 54345, the manufacturer specifies a discharge resistance of less than 1 × 106 Ω. Material thickness according to the data sheet: 0.6 mm. The pleats are additionally stabilized by a band.
According to the manufacturer, installation and removal are performed without tools using spring hooks; installation is possible on the raw gas side. This requires the Quick-Lock mounting kit on the filter plate, consisting of an element holder, two clamps, and screws. For elements with a band, the data sheet specifies a G1 multijet nozzle with 4 to 6 bar (max. 7 bar); the differential pressure is max. 15 mbar. Other versions of model number 852 052: TI 2011-7.5.
