The conical dust filter element seals against the filter basket of the dust collection system on the raw gas side. It provides 12.5 m² of filter area with an outer diameter of 337 mm and a height of 986 mm.
TI 2011 is the name of the electrostatically dissipative filter material made of polyester nonwoven fabric, stainless steel fibers, and a PTFE membrane. Its surface is white—which is otherwise uncommon for dissipative filter materials. According to the data sheet, the discharge resistance is less than 1 × 106 Ω (DIN EN 54345). Filtration occurs at the surface: the PTFE membrane is microporous. End cap: sheet metal end cap.
According to the manufacturer, the Quick-Lock system allows for tool-free installation and removal from the raw gas side. This requires the Quick-Lock mounting kit on the filter plate, consisting of an element holder, two clamps, and screws. Cleaning, according to the manufacturer: conical rotary air nozzle, 3 to 4 bar (max. 6 bar), differential pressure max. 15 mbar.
