This conical dust filter element is designed for use in dust collection systems; it is installed on the raw gas side. Its dimensions—Ø337 × 986 mm (outer diameter × height)—provide a filter area of 12.5 m².

The TI 2011 filter medium consists of polyester nonwoven fabric with stainless steel fibers and a PTFE membrane, and dissipates static charge. A discharge resistance of less than 1 × 10⁶ Ω (tested according to DIN EN 54345) is specified in the data sheet. It was developed for electrostatically chargeable, flammable fine dusts, including in explosion-protected areas (ATEX) in pharmaceutical and food applications. End plate: sheet metal end plate. A circumferential band ensures pleat stability.

According to the manufacturer's data sheet (337 NK Quick-Lock), the element is installed and removed without tools on the raw gas side using a spring-hook system. A Quick-Lock mounting kit (element holder, mounting clips, screws) is screwed onto the filter plate for this purpose. According to the manufacturer, cleaning specifications for the banderole are as follows: Multijet nozzle G1, 4 to 6 bar (max. 7 bar), differential pressure max. 15 mbar.
