The element has a conical design and is installed on the raw gas side. It provides 0.5 m² of filter area with an outer diameter of 120 mm and a height of 300 mm.

The TI 2011 filter media combines polyester nonwoven fabric, stainless steel fibers, and a PTFE membrane, and is electrostatically dissipative. It was developed for electrostatically chargeable, flammable fine dusts, including in explosion-protected areas (ATEX) in pharmaceutical and food applications. The smooth, fiber-free surface of the membrane facilitates cleaning with purge air. Sealing material: felt (polyester). End plate: sheet metal end plate.

The element is secured using an Rd 72×5 threaded connection. According to the data sheet for the 120 NK series, the element is mounted without tools onto a threaded connection Rd 72×5 (hole in the filter plate Ø80 mm, tightening torque 6 to 12 Nm). Adapters allow for adaptation to threaded connections Rd 60×4 or Rd 74×4, as well as installation on the clean gas side. Cleaning according to the manufacturer: Multijet nozzle MJD-12, 4 to 6 bar, max. 7 bar, differential pressure max. 18 mbar.
