Filtration Group Dust Filter Element 852 903 TI 2011-1 – conical dust filter element, Ø120 mm × 600 mm, 1 m² filter area

In the dust collection system, this conical element performs the separation; it is installed on the raw gas side. With a height of 600 mm and an outer diameter of 120 mm, the filter area is 1 m².

Filter media TI 2011: polyester nonwoven fabric with stainless steel fibers, topped with a PTFE membrane; electrostatically dissipative. The material is tested for electrostatic properties in accordance with DIN EN 54345; the discharge resistance remains below 1 × 10⁶ Ω. According to the manufacturer, the material’s separation efficiency is over 99.99% (0.3 µm, test dust: dolomite DRB 20). Polyester felt seals the element, and a sheet metal end cap closes it at the front. A band further stabilizes the pleats.

Installation is via Rd 72 x 5. According to the data sheet for the 120 NK series, the element mounts tool-free onto a threaded fitting Rd 72×5 (hole in the filter plate Ø80 mm, tightening torque 6 to 12 Nm). Adapters allow for installation on the pure gas side or adaptation to Rd 60×4 or Rd 74×4. Cleaning is recommended using a Multijet nozzle MJD-12 (G3/8) at 4 to 6 bar, max. 7 bar; the differential pressure is max. 18 mbar. The 852 903 model number also includes the TI 2011-1.0 V4A FOOD IFIX in the product range.
