Filtration Group Dust Filter Element 852 904 TI 2011-1.6 – conical dust filter element, Ø120 mm × 983 mm, 1.6 m² filter area

The conical dust filter element is installed in the filter basket on the raw gas side. With a diameter of 120 mm and a height of 983 mm, the element provides 1.6 m² of filter area.

The TI 2011 filter medium consists of polyester nonwoven fabric with stainless steel fibers and a PTFE membrane, and dissipates static charge. The microporous PTFE membrane filters at the surface of the material. The material has a thickness of 0.6 mm. It includes a felt (polyester) gasket and a sheet metal end cap. A band is installed to stabilize the pleats.

It is attached to the filter basket using an Rd 72×5 threaded fitting. According to the manufacturer’s data sheet (Series 120 NK, Types 852 902 through 904), the element is mounted on the filter plate without tools via a threaded connection Rd 72×5; a hole with a diameter of 80 mm must be provided for this purpose. Adapters allow for installation on the clean gas side or adaptation to Rd 60×4 or Rd 74×4. Cleaning is recommended using a Multijet nozzle MJD-12 (G3/8) at 4 to 6 bar, max. 7 bar; the differential pressure is max. 18 mbar.
