The dust filter element has a cylindrical design and is installed on the raw gas side. With an outer diameter of Ø120 mm and a height of 200 mm, it provides 0.3 m² of filter area. This item is sold in packs of two.
TI 2011 is the name of the electrostatically dissipative filter material made of polyester nonwoven fabric, stainless steel fibers, and a PTFE membrane. The surface of the material is white, which distinguishes it from other conductive media. Filtration occurs at the surface: the PTFE membrane is microporous. The assembly includes a felt (polyester) gasket and a sheet metal end cap.
The mounting type is specified as Rd 72 x 5. When replacing the part, ensure that the outer diameter is 120 mm and the height is 200 mm; the mounting type varies within the 852 series.
