The KAESER The DHS 4.0 150 pressure maintenance system protects the treatment components of your compressed air station from overflow during restart after periods of light load or downtime. Without a pressure maintenance system, there is no resistance to the network pressure—compressed air flows through Refrigeration Dryers and Compressed Air Filters at too high a speed and impairs the quality of the compressed air.
The DHS 4.0 150 is equipped with an intermediate damper (shut-off damper) and is installed directly into the pipeline with a DN 150 flange connection. The patented control system with pulse width modulation precisely controls the spring-loaded pneumatic rotary actuator and ensures the minimum pressure at a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar. Two selectable operating modes cover both stations with multiple treatment lines (Operating Mode I) and systems with a single treatment line (Operating Mode II).
The electronic control unit, featuring a 25-language display, an integrated pressure sensor, and a SIGMA NETWORK interface, enables integration into the higher-level control system SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0. In addition, the DHS 4.0 150 features a Modbus-TCP interface, dry-contact inputs and outputs, and a manual emergency override in the event of a power failure. Its dimensions are 397 × 342 × 645 mm (W × D × H), and it weighs 28.9 kg.
