Connecting cables and wires - safe contact guaranteed
For the connection between Flow sensors, Dew point sensors and Screen recorders cS Instruments offers connection cables in 5, 10 and 20 meter lengths - optionally with M12 connectors or open ends. We recommend the shielded versions for interference-sensitive environments (e.g. near frequency converters). Ethernet connection cables with x-coded M12 plug (8-pin) enable the network connection of the DS 500 for compressed air monitoring. Cables for alarm and pulse outputs are also available. Our tip: Order the cables at the same time - ordering them later costs time and delays commissioning.
Measuring chambers - simple installation of the dew point sensors
Standard measuring chambers with quick coupling enable the quick installation of Dew point sensors into the compressed air line - even under pressure up to 16 bar. High-pressure measuring chambers up to 350 bar are available for high-pressure applications. Mobile measuring chambers are already included in the case sets of the DP 500/510 dew point measuring devices. Power supply units in the wall-mounted housing supply up to 2 sensors from the VA or FA series with power - practical when there is no Screen recorder is in the vicinity. This means that dew point measurement also works as a stand-alone solution.
Calibration and software - for audits and quality assurance
Regular calibration ensures the measurement accuracy of your compressed air measurement technology and is a prerequisite for audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 50001 and GMP. We offer ISO calibration certificates with 5 calibration points for all VA flow sensors and precision adjustment sets for Dew point sensors (±3 °Ctd). The CS Service Software including PC connection set enables convenient configuration and data evaluation of the FA and VA sensors directly on the PC.
