Space-saving tapping points without a separate branch
The AIRpipe Quick drop flanges are the ideal solution for compressed air tapping points directly on the piping system. They allow compressed air quick couplings, hoses and tools to be connected without the need to install a separate branch. The quick drops are mounted directly onto the AIRpipe aluminum pipe and thus offer a space-saving and efficient compressed air supply at the workplace.
Variety of designs for every application
AIRpipe Quick Drops are available in different versions: as straight Quick Drop flanges for direct extraction, as Quick Drop flanges with a female thread for connecting quick couplings, as wall connections with one or two outlets (straight and 45°) and as reduced versions. The BSPP female threads allow the use of all common quick coupling systems.
Wall connections for flexible workstation supply
The AIRpipe wall connections provide a professional compressed air supply at every workstation. Available with one or two outlets, they enable the simultaneous operation of several compressed air tools. The 45° outlet angle ensures space-saving installation and a kink-free hose connection.
Easy installation - can be retrofitted at any point
Installation is quick and easy: the flange is mounted onto the Aluminum tube drilled and sealed with the supplied sealing ring. The system is compatible with all AIRpipe nominal pipe sizes and can be retrofitted at any point. The matching Tool can be found in our range.
Certified and compatible with the entire AIRpipe range
All AIRpipe Quick Drop flanges are certified in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU and designed for a working pressure of 15 bar. Together with Ball valves and Connection ports the Quick Drops form a flexible dispensing system for every requirement.
