The KAESER EPC 1000-2-500 is a stationary two-stage piston compressor from the EUROCOMP series, in a horizontal configuration with a 500-liter compressed air tank. This compressed air compressor delivers, with its 2-cylindercompressor block, delivers an effective flow rate of 820 l/min at 12 bar and 10 kW rated power at a maximum pressure of 15 bar.

Applications

The EPC 1000-2-500 is a two-stage piston compressor that is particularly well-suited for applications requiring higher pressures of up to 15 bar. In auto repair shops, manufacturing facilities, and industrial plants, this compressed air compressor reliably supplies compressed air for impact wrenches, sandblasting, painting, and pneumatic drives. The 400-V three-phase power connection ensures stable operation even under high loads during continuous use.

Corrosion-resistant stainless steel valves with heat-dissipating stroke limitation, cross-honed cylinders, and standard high-performance fluid ensure a long service life with low maintenance costs —an oil change is not required until after approximately 1,000 operating hours.
