The KAESER EPC 1100-500 is a stationary single-stage reciprocating compressor from the EUROCOMP series, in a horizontal configuration with a 500-liter compressed air tank. This compressed air compressor, with its 2-cylinder compressor block, delivers an effective flow rate of 750 l/min at 6 bar and 8.1 kW of rated power at a maximum pressure of 10 bar. The integrated soundproofing hood reduces the sound pressure level to just 70 dB(A)—ideal for noise-sensitive work environments.

Applications

The EPC 1100-500 in the horizontal model has proven itself as a stationary workshop compressor in auto repair shops, metalworking shops, carpentry shops, and manufacturing facilities. Whether changing tires, grinding, drilling, or painting—this air compressor with a 10-bar operating pressure and 750 l/min at 6 bar is sufficient for all common pneumatic tools. The 400-V three-phase connection ensures stable continuous operation in the workshop.

Corrosion-resistant stainless steel valves with heat-dissipating stroke limitation, cross-honed cylinders, and standard high-performance fluid ensure a long service life with low maintenance costs —an oil change is not required until after approximately 1,000 operating hours.
