The KAESER EPC 1500-500 is a stationary single-stage reciprocating compressor from the EUROCOMP series, in a horizontal configuration with a 500-liter compressed air tank. This compressed air compressor, with its 2-cylinder compressor block, delivers an effective flow rate of 1000 l/min at 6 bar and 10 kW rated power at a maximum pressure of 10 bar. The integrated soundproofing hood reduces the sound pressure level to just 72 dB(A)—ideal for noise-sensitive work environments.

Applications

The EPC 1500-500 in the horizontal model has proven itself as a stationary workshop compressor in auto repair shops, metalworking shops, carpentry shops, and manufacturing facilities. Whether changing tires, grinding, drilling, or painting—this compressed air compressor, with an operating pressure of 10 bar and an air flow rate of 1000 l/min at 6 bar, is sufficient for all standard pneumatic tools. The 400-V three-phase connection ensures stable continuous operation in the workshop.

Corrosion-resistant stainless steel valves with heat-dissipating stroke limitation, cross-honed cylinders, and standard high-performance fluid ensure a long service life with low maintenance costs —an oil change is not required until approximately 1,000 operating hours.
