The KAESER EPC 1500-G is a stationary single-stage reciprocating compressor from the EUROCOMP series, designed as a unit on a base frame without a compressed air receiver. This compressed air compressor, with its 2-cylinder compressor block, delivers an effective flow rate of 1000 l/min at 6 bar and 10 kW of rated power at a maximum pressure of 10 bar. The integrated soundproofing enclosure reduces the sound pressure level to just 74 dB(A)—ideal for noise-sensitive work environments.

Applications

As a piston compressor unit without a tank, the EPC 1500-G can be flexibly integrated into existing compressed air networks with a separate compressed air tank. This design is particularly suitable for businesses that already have a central compressed air supply or wish to customize the size of the receiver tank. The 400-V three-phase power connection ensures reliable continuous operation of this compressed air compressor.

Like all KAESER EUROCOMP reciprocating compressors, the EPC 1500-G is also manufactured at the Coburg plant. Corrosion-resistant stainless steel valves with heat-dissipating stroke limitation, cross-honed cylinders, and standard high-performance fluid ensure a long service life with low maintenance costs —an oil change is not required until after approximately 1,000 operating hours.
