The KAESER EPC 150-2-G is a stationary two-stage reciprocating compressor from the EUROCOMP series, designed as a unit on a base frame without a compressed air receiver. This compressed air compressor, with its 2-cylinder compressor block, delivers an effective flow rate of 112 l/min at 12 bar and 1.35 kW of rated power at a maximum gauge pressure of 15 bar. The integrated soundproofing hood reduces the sound pressure level to just 59 dB(A)—ideal for noise-sensitive work environments.

Applications

The EPC 150-2-G is a two-stage piston compressor that is particularly well-suited for applications requiring higher pressures of up to 15 bar. In auto repair shops, manufacturing facilities, and industrial plants, this compressed air compressor reliably supplies compressed air for impact wrenches, sandblasting, painting, and pneumatic drives. The 400-V three-phase power connection ensures stable operation even under high loads during continuous use.

Corrosion-resistant stainless steel valves with heat-dissipating stroke limitation, cross-honed cylinders, and standard high-performance fluid ensure a long service life with low maintenance costs —an oil change is not required until after approximately 1,000 operating hours.
