Der KAESER Kältetrockner TAH 10 ist die größte Ausbaustufe der Baugröße TAH in der KRYOSEC-Serie. Er trocknet 0,80 m³/min Druckluft auf einen Drucktaupunkt von +3 °C und wird über G 1/2 angeschlossen. Er versorgt einzelne Bearbeitungsmaschinen mit trockener Druckluft, ohne Bodenfläche zu belegen. Der Heißgas-Bypass-Regler passt die Abkühlung dem tatsächlichen Durchsatz an und verhindert Eisbildung im Wärmetauscher.
Den aktuellen Drucktaupunkt gibt eine Trendanzeige mit Farbskala direkt am Gerät wieder. Die elektrische Leistungsaufnahme liegt bei 0,19 kW. Mit 0,15 bar Druckverlust bleibt der Differenzdruck gering; zulässig sind 3 bis 16 bar Betriebsüberdruck. Der Einsatzbereich reicht von 3 bis 50 °C Umgebungstemperatur; die Druckluft darf mit bis zu 60 °C eintreten.
Zur Serienausstattung gehören der elektronische Kondensatableiter ECO-DRAIN mit Anschluss G 1/4", ein Edelstahl-Plattenwärmetauscher mit Luft/Luft-Wärmetauscher, ein Hauptschalter mit Netz-Trenneinrichtung nach EN 60204-1 sowie eine Schottverschraubung für den externen Kondensatschlauch. Einhängepunkte auf der Rückseite erlauben die Wandmontage.
