RIEGLER "FUTURA" 2-piece maintenance unit made of PA66 GF60, for compressed air treatment – Type FU 616
The RIEGLER “FUTURA” 2-piece maintenance unit, PC, BG 4, G 1, 0.5–8 bar, VA combines filtration and pressure regulation in a compact, ready-to-connect unit. The housing is made of PA66 GF60 with NBR seals. The control range extends from 0.5 bar to 8 bar at a maximum inlet pressure of 16 bar. The permissible medium temperature ranges from -10 °C to 50 °C. G 1 connection—compatible with common industrial standards. The flow rate is 12,000 l/min. Filter rating: 5 µm; polycarbonate housing with protective cage. Suitable for compressed air and neutral gases. The diaphragm pressure regulator with secondary vent can be locked and sealed; oil can be refilled during operation. All components are designed to work together seamlessly and feature a maintenance-friendly design.
