KAESER F46KC G 1 1/2 Cyclone Separator – Water Separator for Compressors up to 4.6 m³/min

The KAESER F46KC Cyclone Separator with a G 1 1/2 connection is a must-have water separator for compressors to ensure trouble-free and energy-efficient compressed air treatment. It removes condensate directly at the compressor outlet and protects downstream dryers and filters from liquid hammer—designed for flow rates up to 4.6 m³/min at 2–16 bar.

The flow-optimized, maintenance-free swirl insert was developed by KAESER using state-of-the-art flow simulation and calibrated in accordance with ISO 12500-4. This condensate separator achieves a peak separation efficiency of up to 99% across a flow rate range of 20–100%—with a pressure drop of less than 0.1 bar. The housing, made of seawater-resistant aluminum with an additional passivation layer, ensures maximum service life. The dimensions are 273 × 250 × 535 mm (W × D × H) with a weight of 7.8 kg.

Included in delivery: electronically level-controlled condensate drain ECO-DRAIN 31 with test button and alarm contact. Options: wall mounting kit, connection set, silicone-free version (VW factory standard). A downstream Refrigeration Dryers reliably protects against further condensation and pipe corrosion.
