The BEKO oil-water separator model QWIK-PURE 60 with 3-meter power cable (item no. 4055894) is the professional solution for industrial compressed air stations. While conventional separators work purely passively, the QWIK-PURE 60 uses light blasts of compressed air to actively guide the condensate through the four filter cartridges. The factory-fitted 3-meter power cable ensures uncomplicated commissioning and maximum flexibility when setting up in your station.
With a capacity of 60 m³/min, this system offers maximum safety and efficiency for demanding environments.

- Active mode of operation: The condensate is pressed through the filters in a controlled manner. This effectively suppresses the formation of impermeable boundary layers and bacterial cultures, even at very high throughput rates.
- Hygienic & safe: The hermetically sealed cartridges protect personnel from contamination. Free oils are trapped directly inside, making maintenance clean and safe.
- Four-cartridge system: The load is distributed evenly over four units, which maximizes the service life of the filters and guarantees constant cleaning performance.
- Flexible connection: The 3-meter power cable allows a simple electrical connection without the need for an external controller for basic operation.

- Clean change: The integrated bottom valve closes automatically when removed. The cartridges are securely sealed for removal with the blind plugs supplied.
- Sustainability: The filter material of all four cartridges is fully utilized thanks to the active flow. This results in optimum service life and an improved environmental footprint.
